The personal data controller, as defined by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable law governing personal data protection.

Laboris, svetovanje d.o.o., commits to storing and processing all acquired personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable Slovenian legislation (Personal Data Protection Act).

Acquisition of Personal Data (or Obtaining Personal Data)

We obtain personal data in the following ways:

• via the E-newsletter subscription form;
• via the assistance or employment form;
• during telephone communication with the client;
• during in-person communication with the client;
• during email communication with the client;

Purpose of Collection and Processing of Personal Data

E-newsletter Subscription:
We use personal data to inform our customers about news, novelties, and special offers.

Inquiry and Employment Assistance Form:
By submitting data via the online form, you explicitly agree that Laboris, svetovanje d.o.o., as the controller, collects and processes your personal data. This data will be stored in our internal database and used exclusively for the purpose of sending relevant notifications via email and forwarding data to potential employers for the purposes of recruitment and selection processes.

We commit that we will under no circumstances forward your data to unauthorized persons or other persons for advertising purposes.

Your rights

In accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• access to and copying of your personal data,
• to supplement or correct your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• to the erasure of your personal data, especially if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or have been unlawfully processed, or have been processed based on your consent and you have withdrawn your consent and there is no other legal basis for their processing,
• to the transfer of personal data to another controller, where technically feasible,
• to the restriction of the processing of your personal data, especially if you dispute their accuracy – namely for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of your personal data; if the processing is unlawful, but you oppose the erasure of personal data; if the data retention period has expired, but you need them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims,
• given consents for notification can be withdrawn at any time.

Personal Data Retention Period

If we have your explicit consent for a specific processing purpose, the retention period is: until revoked.

Lawful processing under Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (retention period: 10 years), or for the implementation of measures at the request of such an individual prior to entering into a contract (retention period: 5 years).
